As a growing organization, customer support is absolutely vital to the long-term strategy. They require an experienced individual to join the team. A strong technical background and experience in supporting Enterprise customers would prove highly advantageous.

As a PS / Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role by:

• Collaborating closely with clients to strategize, design, implement, and fine-tune solutions, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations while maximizing value.

• Serving as the primary technical liaison, addressing all customer-specific requirements and challenges.

• Leveraging customer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities to recommend enhancements to products and services.

• Creating and refining documentation, tools, and other resources to improve service delivery, boost product effectiveness, and drive tangible benefits for clients.

What Will Help You Excel in This Role:

• Professional Background: experience in Professional Services, Technical Support, or Network Engineering.

• Certifications: A CCNA certification / CCNP is a valuable advantage.

• Network Expertise: Strong understanding of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is a bonus.

• Linux Proficiency: Solid skills in Linux system operation and troubleshooting are required.

• Cybersecurity Knowledge: A good grasp of foundational cybersecurity and networking concepts is important.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
