As a Key Account Manager, your role involves overseeing customer relationships and ensuring partners maximize the value of their system. You are accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while driving sales of software, SaaS, and services to the existing client base.
This opportunity would suit an individual with experience selling SaaS Software solutions in the Smart Buildings Software vertical.
Experience required:
Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within the Smart Buidling / Facilities Management Industry
Strong understanding and interest in the intersection of sales, software, and business operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills; you are a natural relationship builder with empathy, boldness, and a forward-thinking mindset.
Proficient in both English and German.
