We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedTechnical Support Managerto lead and manage a growing technical support team, ensuring top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will oversee support operations, mentor your team, and develop processes to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical support, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience with cybersecurity solutions would prove advantageous
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in support ticketing systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
