The role

  • Help customers understand how to use the companies’ solutions to achieve success and also provide appropriate recommendations based on this understanding.

  • Manage post-sales journey through to readiness for renewal.

  • Collaborate enthusiastically with internal teams.

  • Ensure quick customer acquisition of company solutions by having a deep understanding of the customers’ requirements.

  • Create enduring relationships with stakeholders within the portfolios you are responsible for.

  • Identify areas where expansion, engagement and promotion can happen can occur.

Candidate Requirements

  • Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder who is located in the US.

  • Bachelor's degree but Master's degree preferrable.

  • 5 years or more experience in customer success management or similar role.

  • Experience API technologies or similar.

  • The right candidate will have a rigorous work ethic with the ability to pay attention to detail whilst continuing to acquire new skills.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills.

Salary up to $200,000 OTE, plus stock and benefits.
