The opportunity is there for you to achieve great success working with their large global team.
The role
Help customers understand how to use the companies’ solutions to achieve success and also provide appropriate recommendations based on this understanding.
Manage post-sales journey through to readiness for renewal.
Collaborate enthusiastically with internal teams.
Ensure quick customer acquisition of company solutions by having a deep understanding of the customers’ requirements.
Create enduring relationships with stakeholders within the portfolios you are responsible for.
Identify areas where expansion, engagement and promotion can happen can occur.
Candidate Requirements
Be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder who is located in the US.
Bachelor's degree but Master's degree preferrable.
5 years or more experience in customer success management or similar role.
Experience API technologies or similar.
The right candidate will have a rigorous work ethic with the ability to pay attention to detail whilst continuing to acquire new skills.
Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills.
Salary up to $200,000 OTE, plus stock and benefits.
