The Role
The company are seeking a skilled and exceptionally customer focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the crucial relationships with their customers.
The right candidate will be skilled at ensuring customers are on-board, maintain and continue to renew their license with the company year on year. The right candidate will understand the clients needs, be their advocate and help them understand how the company can help them achieve their aims thereby creating new customers bases and driving loyalty to the company thereafter.
The Candidate Requirements
· A minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management within a technical support role or software company.
· Competent in both verbal and written French and English.
Salary
€70-90,000
plus bonus
