Focus on management & growth - managing a commercial growing book of business with the team and growth through new business and expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Commercial Account Managers

  • Oversee and drive renewals and expansions for existing commercial accounts.

  • Hire, onboard, and develop talent by implementing best practices and training programs.

  • Engage directly with customers, with potential travel to strengthen relationships when necessary.

  • Strategically manage client deployments to encourage solution adoption and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Enhance customer value by optimizing the use of contracted technology.

  • Maintain and report an accurate 90-day rolling forecast for renewals and expansions on a weekly basis.

  • Proactively identify upcoming renewals and collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to mitigate risks.

  • Develop a playbook for renewal engagements to maximize revenue retention.

  • Foster a dynamic, high-energy work environment that enables team members to excel.
