This role requires hands-on experience collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to drive all facets of partnership, encompassing sales, support, preference-building, and pipeline development.


Successful candidates will boast a proven track record in Networking, SDWAN, Security, and/or SASE domains. Preferential consideration will be given to those with experience in sell-to initiatives, showcasing a history of business expansion and development.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and enhance business growth through Service Providers (MSPs, MSSPs, UCaaS).

  • Recruit, onboard, empower, and operationalize new Service Providers.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with Service Provider sales teams and channels.

  • Drive preference for solutions as the preferred partner for Service Provider Sales/Pre-Sales.

  • Develop strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies with Service Providers and, if applicable, enterprise/territory sales teams. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to maintain a healthy, positive, growth-oriented partnership.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales teams to develop joint account plans aimed at targeting and penetrating strategic accounts. Provide support to enterprise/territory sales teams in securing client meetings and conducting demonstrations as needed.

  • Take ownership of building, sustaining, expanding, and reporting on the sales funnel to achieve or exceed quotas.

  • Track and report on all identified opportunities regularly, providing updates on the funnel and sales prospects.

  • Facilitate and provide continuous education, training, and enablement to Service Provider sales, sales support, technical support, marketing, client support, and product management teams to effectively support and deliver solutions to their end customers.

  • Maintain positive, strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within Service Providers to ensure our brand remains top-of-mind and the leading preferred vendor.

  • Manage partner pricing, negotiations, procurement processes, and contracting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to support the overall growth and success of the partnership. Continuously assess partner needs on an ongoing basis.
